Whether we are at home, at work, or on the go, modern technology ensures that we are constantly bombarded with more information than we can effectively process. This phenomenon, commonly referred to as information overload, can have a number of damaging effects on both individuals and businesses. When people are confronted with more data than they can handle, they reject whatever is deemed to be unnecessary. This can result in critical information being overlooked.
